Diesel went up 8p a litre in UK in the week we were in Kibris. 3 airport trips, half a tank approximately 30 litres £57

Petrol prices in the UK are irrelevant when you live here. Petrol is 26tl a litre, min wage per hour 40.83tl!

In with you there forestpixie, why do people keep comparing to UK, particularly when some here are not even reaching the min wage p.h.

I'm just above minimum wage and half of it went on petrol last month! I feel for anyone with a family who are trying to get by each month.
