Please could someone give me a number to cancel my flight i have had an accident and broke my arm and just cant find any number that works all say ......you have dialled a wrong number an e mail no response thanks

This is the number I have used on a number of occasions via Skype, drop the leading zero and replace with +44. They may ask you to complete the feedback form on their website to get a refund or partial refund. If you can input a Miles and Smiles number they tend to answer quicker.

If calling from the TRNC then the UK country code 0044 must be added.

If calling from a local phone the number is 0850 333 0849 and press 9 for English. Be prepared for a long drawn out conversation. They have recently cancelled the Ercan to Stansted leg of my flights (both ways) and changed them to times that are totally inappropriate for the onward journey. I had to call them twice, the first call lasted 57 minutes and the second which was to get a refund for seat reservations (because they couldn't deal with it in the first call) took 40 minutes. I will never book with them again as there is no flexibility if flight times change.
