First application for driving license

Friends have applied on line for residency .
Waiting for next step at police station.
Can they apply for a driving license or do they have to wait until the residency permit has been done in full

Your friend will need Passport with photocopy of photo page.
If their not yet in possession of the online Residency Permit they'll need a current Residency stamp, before it runs out !!
To be safe I would take photo copy of where they are with on online
Residency stage if its not back in time.
I think they need 2 Colour Photos, their not the same size as passport photographs.
We use Ertan Yaman Photos in Girne by Kombos taxi rank, he needs to be aware they are for a TRNC Driving License.
They will also need a photocopy of UK driving licence and the completed licence application form

You will need 2 of everything and both sides of driving licence. You can get photo copies their ( upstairs In The cafe )
