We have not had internet in our villa in Alsancak for around 17 hours. Have tried messaging them but not had a reply yet. Does anyone else have the same issue?

A lot have this problem. Have you tried WhatsApp? +90 548 844 02 44. I did that yesterday and got a response very quick. In the meantime a friend told me to try disconnecting the laptop and router from mains, leave for 15 mins at least, reconnect and it may work, and it did. Multimax just said it was a general problem but did not offer a solution.

Same problem,how can you whatsapp them with no internet!!!
No response to verbal and written messages.
Just ditched them!

I ditched them a long time ago!

Many more cost effective services out there, left them a few years ago

I switched on mobile data on my phone, just to message them.

I received a text message two (? - may have been yesterday) days ago in Turkish saying MM were trying to restore internet as soon as possible.

Since we’re not in the TRNC at the moment it doesn’t affect us.

Bunch of jokers
No internet for 20 hours because they cut me off for non payment of a bill I paid ten days ago.
Back on now but they'll cut me off at midnight for not paying that bill.
Sent proof of payment to them on whatsapp, and as per usual they haven't responded.
Best alternative company anyone?

After being with MM for over 10yrs went down to their office to ask how much to renew, the lady said 3,900 tl thats with a loyalty discount, I said, MM used to give three months free on top of the year is that still the same? She said, you pay for ten months and get two months free, what a joke that was!
I said its time for a change then, she said bye and closed the window.
Now with Network Nethouse. no problems at all since March, mostly 12 MG per day, 2,300 tl plus three extra months.

In defence of Multimax

I received a text in English on Tuesday informing me of potential outage due to Kibtek issues and thanking me for patience (internet has not dropped out once).

When I renewed in March I received a 20% discount on the (already discounted 10mo for 12) list price.

Have just done a speedtest ... 35.72 down, 4,81 up

I guess with all you pulling out my service is just getting better.

I am too with Nethouse no problems with them for my first year now in my free 3 months extra time
Lifecelldigital also do up to 20 mbps for 2240 tl a year or a package called Just Around Time - Life 20Mbps (3+12 Month Commitment) 20mbps 15 months 130tl a month

You see you used this argument before but actually the 10mo +2 free is at the 4900tl price so you were actually being offered a further loyalty discount of 1000tl, I think this was possibly lost in translation but should be pointed out.

Admittedly this is still at the high end cost of providers here and I did have issues with the size of increases when they were made... so will not be for everyone.

If it works for you no argument from me. I found a different provider for much less and a better deal all round, each to their own I guess.

We finally moved our internet provider to Turkcell Lifecell a year ago: better speeds, better customer service & considerably better value for money. The deal also included Turkcell Tv package.

Well I'm happy for techtrader but having spent most of the morning telling and proving I have paid the bill I've had enough. After 12 years that's it.

We had a similar problem. Got cut off after renewing our subscription.

Nethouse no problems cheapest and the best. Great service
