View the list of PMs.

To the right of each PM there is a check box.

Click on the check box for each PM you wish to delete - assuming there is a mix of retain and to delete PMs.

Scroll to the end of the PM list.

The “Mark/Unmark as important” option has a drop down alternative option “Delete marked”.

To delete the marked (checked) PMs, click GO.

Followed the instructions messages havent been deleted.

Once you hit “GO” there appears a message “are you sure you wish to delete all marked messages?”, with a Yes or No option.

Choose Yes option.

Return to previous folder should now appear.

The previously selected PMs should now have been deleted.

It works for me.
