hi im looking to get a basket made im having no luck finding any basket weavers any ideas thanks were to go .....been one near karmi but dont make thanks

You could try the Buyuk Han in Lefkosa. There are lots of work shops in there selling the things they make. There is also a work shop near the mosque. They do wood work and various other crafts too. Take a picture of what you want made

There is a guy in Yesiltepi who has a shop using wicker

There is a basket wave maker on one of the smaller lanes leading up from the Bellapais Abbey. He's been their for years and I assume he's still in business.

Heading towards the Abbey the first shop on the right has loads of wicker items hung up.
