Firestick STV and BBC catch up problems

Have not been able to get STV player catch up since Thursday and BBC Iplayer for weeks is anybody else having problems. Have cleared cache forced stop nothing Can play live TV only. Most things I can catch up on another app but cannot get corrie now as it is on later these days. Was told it was an internet app problem that nothing can be done about it. Any advice welcome as am missing my corrie!!!.

I have no idea got it all set up for me all I know how to do is turn it on!!!
