Just tried to access the above - permissions.gov.ct.tr not working. Also tried - icisieri.gov.ct.tr. Similarly not working.
Am I using the correct addresses? Thanks in advance

Are you in the TRNC? Also not accessing the site via a VPN?

I think it only works when connecting “locally”.

Which browser are you using? I know that some people have problems with browsers other than chrome.

I have the link given above bookmarked and it's working fine for me.
Downforeveryone website won't be able to access it as it only works locally, hence it will show it being down.

StevieWonder - It hates you! The immigration department don't want you to know what is happening! You have been hacked by a guy called Putin who is trying to get residency here as well. You are number 25,561 in the chain and only the first 7 are being looked at this month!

Well it has been working for me twice a day for the past 29 days, nothing has moved since we paid our social fee's and the application is still in the - Immigration Office is evaluating your application. - stage - lol. I always use the address given above and have no problems with it on a Chrome browser running on a Mac Mini.

Best of luck mate.

How far do you get? Does the site even load? Or, does it fail on trying to sign-in?

You have to wait until 21 days (I think) before your new renewal date, and your old permission should be gone by then.

When your 21 days countdown commences an addition option displays atop of your current residency permit. Renew.
Make sure you have a copy of your current residency permit because once you commence the renewal process you lose the option to print again the current permit.

Whilst checking residency renewal today and having moved past the State Hospital stage, l came to pay the final amount. Safari (on my phone) showed the payment button but click as l may, it did nothing. Switched to Chrome and the payment button activated and took me to the screen when l could submit my card (Revolut) details. All good with payment (7433 tl, two years), return to residency progress (or refresh that page) and the new residency permit appears ready to download.
