I am having a problem with online residency, has there been any changes, any info would be appreciated.

My old residency keeps appearing on the screen after I have logged in.
I cant get past it to start my new residency due on 3rd Nov
Anyone else had this problem or is it something I am doing wrong?

You can only access the site 21 days before your residency expires so far as I'm aware.
