Turkcell increases each time I pay monthly now 2029tl 10 gig

Something crooked is going on with Turkcell Four months ago I was persuaded to take one of their packages in order to "you will save money" in actual fact my monthly bill has virtually doubled. Office have tried to convince me that it because I am making more calls, when I am categorically aware, I am not. Will be leaving them any day, as I'm convinced there is a fiddle somewhere.

Take out a Turkcell phone contract. I pay 142 TL a month. Never, ever run out of data, texts or minutes. Using wifi at home and out-and-about does not stress your data allowance.

I have an international package 185tl per month.

I've had a basic monthly contract with Turkcell for 16 years now. For two months on the trot I did have to make far more calls within TRNC than I ever normally make and the Turkcelll lady said, "why don't you sign up for an ????(can't remember what its called) package and by paying 50tl extra a month it will slash your bill virtually in half. This I did and I know I certainly slashed the number of calls, but its almost doubled my monthly bill. Were not with Turkcell wi-fi and have no problems with data allowance.

Hmmmmm. With a Turkcell phone contract one can control spend limits, so no nasty surprises. Turn limits on or turn limits off. See here...
