Easy to make
4 medium potatoes 1 onion grate potatoes and onion mix with 1 egg salt and pepper and fry in oil.
Makes 8.
4 Oz flour 4 Oz suet, season with salt mix with cold water, add a few dried herbs if required makes about 10 dumplings.
Make double amount and freeze.
