Loud music from outdoor restaurant

If I’m not misinformed, there is a law saying music from restaurants must not disturb nearby residents. A number of years ago Cratos, The Lodge, Fez and many other places were banned from making such noise and it is still quiet today in these places.

Now, we live very close to the Nazende restaurant. They make an infernal noise, especially around weekends. We have measured over 80db seven floors up in our apartment! One wonders how many decibels it is down in the outdoor restaurant, over 100db I’m sure.

There must be a way to stop this! We have heard that people have lived around this area for 10 years trying to stop this noise. The restaurant's clientele are sports-, pensioners- and other associations so they have good contacts?

But one thinks there should be some damn order! What can one do??? Any good ideas?
