Can anyone explain the price of leccy this winter to me please? Normal tarif/multi tarif is this just to confuse me even more. Use about 200kwh per month, what's best??

There was an explanation in last Saturday's Cyprus Today, with examples. Basically, if you're a low consumer you're better off on the single tariff.
