Extras was for drinks not specified in the deal which is fair enough. What's not is the price increase being so much

An increase of three pounds forty pence is not much!

I suggest that people STOP going to these 5 star monstrosities. Let the gamblers waste their ill gotten gains.

Prices are going up everywhere, get used to it. If you can enjoy massive amounts of food and drink I would say it is still a bargain if you are paid in sterling and convert. I heard kaya palazzo is now 1,000 tl..... but you pays your money and takes your choice as they say.

Maybe this hotel should re-brand itself as, 'Weimar Spa Restaurant Casino Hotel'.
Their new motto being, 'Whatever You Enter With Guaranteed To Leave With Nothing' !
Somewhat reminds me of this:-

Sorry to disagree with you folks and accept that your point of view has validity but is different from mine.
I convert 375tl into sterling. It's approx £15 to 16.
To me this is reasonable for an all you can eat and drink Sunday buffet.

Me too, its an absolute bargain. To be trueful really can't see that they can make much money on the price. But its up to you if you go there. We has a diner/desert and a soft drink each at Red Ribbon the other day and it cost more than that???

I read that inflation in TRNC is currently running at 120% - the price increase seems quite reasonable when you take inflation into account!
