Turkcell Lifecell issues

Has anyone else had problems with Lifecell in the past day or so in Lapta area? Normally superb but very sluggish for a couple of days.

Have you tried unplugging the power supply to the router?

Have heard from people in Lapta that their Extend has been very sluggish as well.

Not at all impressed with Lifecell,paying for 10mb getting 5mb if I"m lucky and they want to charge me 250tl to come out!

Do they still charge 250tl if you give them, say 3 months notice?

I managed to get a full refund; farcically, despite my cancellation, they emailed me to say I had been given a months free extension for the problems! Very nice of them but too late. Gotta laugh!
