Yes we had to take 6.5 lira stamps. Each applicant has to have their own paper work copy bank statement even husband and wife 1 copy each 10 weeks after you get your residency

From memory, only stamp you need is on muhtar letter. They charge you for stamps when you pay your final amount for residency.
