Not yet! It’s due (4.5g) by November this year but don’t hold your breath, the new Ercan airport - opening in September 2016 - should open around March/April this year as well!

Have a look at https://www.kktcell.com/ and https://www.kktctelsim.com/en/ for both PAYG and contract packages, there is a huge variety to suit your needs.
