Hi everyone,
I have just bought a new phone, I have managed to transfer everything including whats app except its only got about 6 contacts and no messages? Thankfully on my old phone its still there, is it easy to transfer the old one to the new phone without losing all the data please?

Any advise would be appreciated.

You don't mention what make of phone you have Mollie, but if you have a Samsung and you still need something, on Google Play (and probably the App store), there's an app called Smart Switch. It's for Samsung phones. May work on others, I don't know but I'be used it on several phones and hardly had to do a thing after, apart from entering account passwords for the first time, authentication etc.
