Kibtek bill

I normally pay my bill through credit west. We have sold our property to a Swallow and didnt disconnect the electricity as she was coming in early hours. We were going to go in to Kibtek together and do the swap but circumstances prevented this. We will do it next time she comes. My question is how can I get a detailed bill showing usage for the last three months.

I used this email address call.center@kibtek.com when one of my bills didn't arrive via text/email as usual last week and both arrived the next day. You need to put your account number in the title, something like this 'Hesap Numarası *00123456'

It would seem I have to register online with my phone number and ID no which I took to be the account No, but this doesn't work.
Any ideas?

Do you have any old bills? The account number is shown as HESAP NO (Account Number): *00123456 (I've changed the number but it will be 8 digits preceded by *). If you don't have any bills then perhaps Creditwest, who you say were paying your bills, can supply it from your bank account. Kibtek should be able to provide you with the last 3 months, perhaps as 3 monthly bills for December, January and February if you email the addresses given above. As a last resort, go to the Kibtek office in town to the upstairs department and explain your request. If you are trying to use the Kibtek website/app to register, I've never been able to get it to work

Your ID no. I think is the passport number which was used when registering for Kibtek.

If Credit West having been paying the bills then they must have the bills - either that or they just guessed!! Would be my first port of call in anycase.
