Hi All,
I have heard that the P2B application can now be made on-line. Does anyone know if that's true and if so, what the link is?

Also, is a contract necessary as part of the application? It would be nice to know you had permission BEFORE you signed a contract and paid a deposit.

The permission to buy relates directly to a specific property so yes you do need a signed sales contract before applying.
