Please could anyone advise me on paying for Health Insurance online.
We have had our police appointment and now have a message saying pay for Health Insurance, but I have tried 4 different UK Bank Cards
all current and the Koop Bank will not accept............. Posa 0058 Izin Verilmeyen islem is all I get which I think means Not allowed I don't know what to do
now. TIA

This is a common issue. You have to use a local bank card, authorised for online payments. We use a TurkBank pay as you go card, so no need to open an account. Just load it with the required amount each year. We went into the Alsancak branch and explained what we needed.

Charlotte my friends didn't have a local bank credit card so we used to use mine to pay for health insurance and residency then they would give me the cash, never a problem.

Must be local card

Can you go to Koop Bank and pay it I wonder I will try that

Koop deal with the health insurance payments and their system cannot process foreign card payments.

When you get to the final residency payment stage you can use a foreign card if you wish as this is not processed by Koop.

If you have a Garanti bank card you may need to contact them to enable it to be used online.

I'm 99% certain you cannot pay at the Koop bank any longer, it has to be online. If you haven't got a local card the quickest / easiest solutions are to get the prepay card from Turkbank or get someone with a local card to pay for you, as advised above.
