In what way gripon? We're having our place valued next week. Some Estate Agents may only want to spend time on a valuation as part of the process if you sell with them and of course, different agents may also arrive at different figures. Of course it is good to know how much your property's value has increased but regardless of valuation, if you are selling, you can go to market at whatever price you want and come down over time if you need to if you're not in a hurry. Same as in UK. My Mum's house was valued at £310-£315k at the end of February. I went to market at £350k and the 5th couple that viewed less than 2 weeks later put in an offer above the asking price and it is now sold in under a month. Third house sale I've done that way. There's nothing worse than marketing at one figure and wondering if you could have got more.

The property is front line 3 bed villa Bahceli i have been told that some agents just want a quick sale, others are on commission only for that reason.

Agents here are not the same here as the UK . Many their open line is what's your last price ...

I'm not joking I had that from an agent last week...they are just trying to get you to sell your property as quickly as possible so they can get their 5 % commission especially if you are British they see you as a mark. They seem.to forget they are working for you and earning a very large commission compared to most people's earnings here .

Many agents are steering clients to off plan new build because commission is up to 20 % and there is less paperwork and often only need to stump up 30 deposit which pays their commission .

Check the company website and if it's mostly off plan they are selling try someone else. The problem with bacheli I'd there are no.local agents there . I'd look at similar properties on www.101evler.com and www.hangiev.com . Check they are still.available and price is up to date even call the agents ask how long they have been on etc .

It's good to get a second opinion once you have done that as most people come to the conclusion their property is worth more than others and often need a little dose of reality.
