What's Happening

Why is water pressure going down every afternoon, and continues through till the night.
Lucky if water dribbles out of the tap, asked at the Catalkoy Belli response with the usual shrug.
Any ideas will be welcome :+1:)

We are in Catalkoy district, up the hill towards Bufavento Village/Sea Vistas and experiencing no issues.

Possible pipe burst/leak in your area?

Same problem here in Bahcelli? Probably due to all the newbuilds taking place. But even had NO water on Wednesday for several hours, sadly only going to get worse!

Historically in the summer Catalkoy Belidiye would turn the water off about 6AM and turn on again 2100'ish. After the water from Turkey they stopped this for a couple of years, but seem to be doing it irregularly again in the last few weeks.

We all thought the 'project of the century' water from TR would save us, but the region in TR where we get it from has been affected by drought for several years. So likely authorities here have been warned; still doesn't stop people washing the street down needlessly rather than get that 'new invention' out, hang on what's it called? Ah, yes a brush and dustpan!

Switching off the pumps saves on the electricity bill - you still pay the same inflated price per tonne of water but only when you can get it now. Considering the cost of water includes the cost of pumping I guess someone has to make a profit somewhere. Are Catalkoy the only beli that only deals in cash/card payments these days? I understood that everything was going to go via the Data Centre when it gets going - that will be a long trip to pay your bill - lol.
