Visited Merit Royal casino last night with friends, had over 3 hours entertainment on the slots, really good food , drinks all night including cocktails ( served always by smiling staff) I spent about 450lira , which is way cheaper than most restaurants when all items added up, plus the fact that you might even come away with a little win.( which in fact one of our party did)

Can anyone go into the casino's here? If so, what do they need in the way of ID/Dress code etc. Want to know as family coming out next month and they have an interest in free food - lol.

I have a feeling you have to be 25 if memory serves me right. Son-in-law couldn't get in to casino a few years back when he was 23/24 years. Never been again since, not my cup of tea, even if there is "free" food.

Not really my cup of tea either BUT the family has asked so I have found out - many thanks Dalartokat! As a smoker I am also against smoking anywhere inside so if they do then I won't even stay myself but understand the sentiment.

I guess it will be the Merit Royal as they just love the slots - lol, either that or somewhere closer to Catalkoy so I - designated driver - won't have so far to go.

Went to Cratos a good few years ago.

Bit a casino virgin but we were taken by friends and shown the form. Nice buffet and glass of wine first, then loaded a credit card thing with some TL. Played the slot machines and after 2 goes won! No idea how. Continued playing and at the end of the night came away with a tidy sum and up on the night. Free drinks and cigarettes for those who wanted. Never played the green tables, just watched the serious money players.

Set our limit for money and really enjoyed our 3 hrs there.

Not been but told by friends that Lords Palace is a good casino.

I’ve tried a few casinos over the years, and while it’s not something I do often, the slots are usually my go-to. Had a memorable night once where I managed to stay entertained for hours with just a small budget, which was a refreshing change from pricey evenings out. The free drinks definitely made it better, though some places let the smoking linger, and I can’t say I’m a fan of that.

If you’re new or just want to test the waters without spending anything, you can check out casinos that offer 25 free spins on registration no deposit. It’s a fun and risk-free way to see if online casinos are your thing.

Chamada is in çatalköy, we have only gone generally on a cold wet afternoon therefore you miss the atmosphere of a noisy evening which we find more pleasant. Downstairs used to house the cheaper slot machines. Passport required as ID to register. Sandals do not seem to be acceptable for men

The Cratos would make more sense? They have lots of slots too and facility wise it is very similar to the Merits
