Beware the not so humble mosquito

Apparently the Aedes aegypti strain is now present on the island.
This is of particular concern as the insect is not only a more efficient transmitter of dengue and chikungunya, but it also carries pathogens such as yellow fever.
Is there any insecticide spaying underway currently. I haven't seen any since before covid.
