Has anyone got the Barclays app on their phone please? I am trying to transfer monies from my UK account to a company here who has an Iban number beginning TR , when I get to the country selection it does not show Turkey, when I search it says country not found?

I am stuck now, if anyone can point me in the right direction please?

There is a chat feature on the app. When I have used it before they respond quite quickly.

Sorted, thank you. I have not used on line banking for a while now, just completed the transfer, it shows all the countries you need, the app is limited to a few.

You're lucky. I can't get the correct Barclays app on my xaomi phone. Went into by local branch last week and they said my phone is not compatable !!!

I am having the same problem but the other way round. I am trying to send money from Garanti bank to my RBS account but can't delete the TR in the IBAN field.
