WHY WHY WHY Still the water pressure is being restricted.

It's been on going for weeks now, water has been on and off from 9:00am through till late in the evening

This morning 7:30 nothing again. Promise of water from Turkey expected a constant supply.

We are all paying extra money for water etc... so what is the PROBLEM NOW.

My favourite conspiracy theory, we are paying for 'Turkish' water but the municipalities are drawing it from underground like they used to hence when it runs low they turn the pressure down or off altogether until its replenished. Good business for them.
