Water bill catalkoy

Always paid water bill through my bank acc direct debit,since catalkoy merged with esentepe no bill has been paid,called at bele today and not open,anyone else had same problem?

Always open early morning. I think they may close for lunch .

They do close for lunch, I'd try around 1.30
