Handyman needed

I am renting my property privately and need an English speaking handyman I can trust for any emergency or general repairs that may arise, does anyone have any recommendations?

I have found a guy, Totally trustworthy, will do most things but not Electrical & Plumbing, so far he as done 4 jobs for me at a cost very very reasonable, I am an engineer in the construction industry and this guys work is first class

I cant recommend this guy highly enough
