Singing Pegasus praises once again

Left for Erçan at 6am yesterday morning (Wednesday 27th) for an 8.25am flight to Sabiha Gökçen.
Flight delayed twice until 10.20am so we missed our 11.00am connecting flight from SG to Stanstead.
Arrived at SG, airport staff directed us to Pegasus desk already set up just before Immigration.
The Pegasus personnel there had already booked us onto the next available flight at 9.50pm and in the same seats.
Took us to an Ibis hotel nearby for food and drink, basic but adequate, welcome and free and had a kip in the room.
Picked us up to go back to airport at 6pm. Took off on time and arrived at Stansted 11.15pm - and the baggage too.
Pegasus were very well organised throughout. Their customer service is certainly commendable and something they no doubt pride themselves on.
