Hi I want to know what percentage have house prices have risen in the last 2 years

If you tried to sell anything 2 years ago it was very very difficult ..from top to bottom it's c 100 % depending on location . But price fell c 50 % prior to that from the previous peak due to corona and economy and lira devaluation . Then Corona ended and USSR countries and Iranians came . A 1 bed flat could be bought in patara city in girne for £40 k 2 years ago they where as high as £60 k before Corona. Now they are £80 k.

Most people won't value their property at the low . So take what you use to think your property was worth before Corona and add on about 50%.
