Taxi to airport shuttle

We have a friend travelling to Larnaca airport on Sunday. We will drop her off at Ledra Street crossing so she can walk across the border. She wants to catch the shuttle to the airport but I believe the coach station is about 5k away. Does anyone have any advice on getting a taxi once over the border.

There always seem to be GC taxi's just over the border Greek side cafe on the right

I don't think that the bus station is anything like 5Km...
It looks like a
10 minute walk - about 650 metres.

As you say Keith, the central bus station is indeed only 650 metres from the Lokmacı crossing, but the Kapnos airport shuttle departs the Kapnos "station", which as Eric7622 stated in msg1, is about 5 km from Ledra Street.

Yes, there is indeed a bus to Kapnos - You can search for it on
https://www.publictransport.com.cy/. And, if you don't have that much luggage ... and you don't mind walking from the Lokmaci Crossing to the Central Bus Station, then, yes, you can save on the taxi fare out to Kapnos. Indeed this might appeal to a few members of this forum.
