Hi,is their public transport from south nicosia to limasol ?

Yes . If you walk over at Ledra-Street, turn right and there is a bus station about 5 minutes away. The bus runs every 30 minutes to limassol and takes 1 hour 45 minutes to the port. 5 euros each way.

Yes, bus runs 7 days a week.
