Hi All Lapta Bel not interested. Had to replace 3 door frames as when they build, they sink frames into floor rather than flush Its the only cure. Joiner treated old frame holes and concrete over. Termites don't attack concrete only wood. Hey Ho

Your link is indeed very interesting and as you say 'Informative' I now what to look for but hopefully renewed door frames should solve the problem, fingers crossed
