Relocating from ROC to TRNC

Greetings to all. I'm beginning to wonder if myself and family are the first to relocate from the Republic to the North, as all the relevant posts I've seen seem to refer to arriving in TRNC from UK, Europe or further.
We've been coming to TRNC regularly, as we have property in Tatlisu, as well as Larnaca and Paphos, however our young daughter is dictating our move for scholastic reasons.
Has anyone on this forum done the same?, what is the criteria regarding a ROC plated car? We will visit the South regularly enough so shouldn't think importing is an option, although we would like comprehensive insurance. Is there a decent company who offers a good Medical insurance?. What internet company should we use for Ozankoy. How do we find a pool man and a gardener and also a cleaner?
We will be renting in Ozankoy, so also like to know good places to meet fellow expats.
And lastly, I have a Creditwest account, but am finding Revolut does everything I need, is this indeed correct?, or will I run into issues if I do not use Creditwest.
Any advice on above would be extremely welcome, and I'm here to offer any advices on the Republic.
