Any ideas when power will come back on 4 hours now,catalkoy seaside?

Back on,but 4 hours is this normal? going back to the old days.

We thought it was down to the rain as it came back at 6am. We are on the leg that serves east mountain side of çatalköy

Please not again it was a nightmare last month
