I was OK getting my Boarding pass for Stansted to SAW on my phone, but couldn't find the second Boarding pass from SAW to Ercan.
Has anyone else had this problem?

Worth checking with Pegasus they issue both at the same time; in the past (may have changed as some years since used Pegasus) I have had one and then had to check in at the international desk at SAW to get boarding pass to ECN.

Yes sometimes you have to change your residency status on the check-in to get the Ercan boarding pass to work, I can't remember exactly what you need to put in but I know it's not that obvious just try a different input and you will get it eventually!!
Try the opposite of what you think it should be that normally works LOL

The SAW one is issued later than the Ercan one. Wait until both are shown on the app and when you see the ercan one swipe right and the SAW one should also be there.
Alternatively on the app swipe up when you have the first and the second should be there.
