Ladies - does 3000 TL sound about the average price for highlights (bleach), fine hair, shoulder length?

Cut & blow dry as well but I was a bit shocked to pay that the other day! Is it the norm?

Supply and demand, if you don't pay it then demand drops and eventually price drops!

My wife does mobile hairdressing she said it would cost 1500 TL to do what you asked.
My wife also said she pays 1800 TL at the hair salon she uses
