It would help enormously if they would build sufficient car parking underneath the 14 storey apartments i.e. less than 20 percent of spaces for all the occupants with usually two cars per apartment.

The mind boggles at some TCs parking or trying to negotiate bends/ramps/barriers in a multi-storey car park!

Doing this requires some driving skills and discipline!

They cant drive properly on a straight road ,once built within a couple of days they will be hitting something .No doubt another test will be required
for bends .Why not park out of town in allocated car park and bus in ,help with the pollution.

With the quality of the building here. I wouldn't park in it.

I have visions of "Going down the Up escalator" sort of scenario.

Don't ever expect to be able to park on the ground floor, there will be too many cars parked across the bays there. Try the next floor up if you can squeeze past the cars parked on the ramps and get past the builders trucks. Your only hope is to gain the top floor where you will be the only one to park as no respectable Cypriot would allow themselves to face a walk all the way down when they could park across the cars already parked at the bottom floor - lol. Can't wait to see which model of car it is that is the first one through the barriers and off down in the fresh air to the ground as a shortcut. On thing for sure is I will never walk past one of these multi story car parks should they ever get built - birds are one thing but SUV's from heaven are something else!!!
