Trying to log into to things the countries come up but no Turkey or Türkiye so how do you log in as need the code 0090

It would help if you said what list?

When you are asked for a phone number when buying something on PayPal they send you a code number but you can’t give it as the list of countries doesn’t include turkey. Every country but so they can’t send it to you

I thought Paypal had not been available for some years in Türkiye.

Paypal doesn't work here anymore.

You need a UK sim card for PayPal & booking.com

You need a trusted family member in a Paypal friendly country who will let you use their phone number and tell you what the code is when it comes through... best done during a live ordering/phone call in case the single use code times-out.

Thats strange, I use it all the time from here. I can only contribute to a football forum using Paypal.

Its just when they send you a comffermation no on your phone you need it
