I've not tried it, but the 10 litre and 15 litre bottles have same cap size as 19 litre bottles, so would have thought they would fit on water cooler.

As war horse mentioned Kosedag have a bottling plant in Çatalköy, take your old bottle in and they will give you a full bottle just like at a supermarket. The price has gone up to 20tl, we got one yesterday.
Location, etc

Will they replace even if they aren't Kösedağ bottles?

We tried at the bottling plant in Catalkoy yesterday.
We have been regularly exchanging 19ltr in date according to & at Gul (Bahceli) for many years up until they ran out 10-11 days ago.
The Catalkoy depot refused to take our bottles, told us our 3 bottles were out of date, (we had 8 written on the bottom) they said they will only accept 9 written on the bottom.

I don't know, ours was Kosedag from Sencag before they changed to Ugemar.
Sticky1,
We got our bottle from Sencag who always checked the date on the bottom, I think they have to be less than 5 years old. Perhaps 8 means 2018? We have had bottles refused in the past, pretty certain they were ones we'd only got weeks before...

Here in Karşıyaka have just been charged TL220 to change a 2014 bottle for a 2024 one! Then it will be TL40 to renew the bottle when it runs out! I thought shops had to replace the bottle free of charge if you presented an empty one! Apparently not!!

I have had the same problem.
First, I got the bottle from them less than 3 weeks ago,
Second, it is the responsibility of the supplier to supply in date goods.
I remonstrated with the shop owner and they changed it there and them but I still don,t know what date is on the 'new' bottle till I change it.
Karsiyaka also.

I have been getting 4 bottles every month from Bestmar ,none available for three weeks. Went today with the empty bottles I bought at the end of January this year and told theyvwere out of date. One was 2007 one 2008 and the rest 2012 so the water companY have been selling out of date bottles this must be illegal.
