Hello
Does anyone know what is required for opening a PO box in South Cyprus? Their website outlines the process but I’m wondering if I need a residential address there, and if they will issue a PO box to a foreigner (I hold a Canadian passport).
Thanks

I have a po box in the south side, no issue having a place here in the north.

We also have a box on the South, the problem is letters are OK however, if you have a parcel sent from the UK you pay duty, and tax. We had some luggage straps sent from the UK we had to pay £8 duty!

Mollie - another one of the benefits of Brexit I am afraid - try sending a parcel from the South. There was so much paperwork to fill in that I gave up and sent it from the North - still got there!!

Our address in the TRNC was accepted without hassle. (Others simply gave Kyrenia as the address). Show your passport for identity purposes.

Yes, I’ve sent parcels to my mother in law here and they didn’t show up. Posted from from Canada almost a year ago.
For those of you with P.O. Boxes on the south side, do you notice if letter mail shows up faster or more reliably there? Just wondering if I should get one in the south or the north.
