The place was the biggest waste of money that has been built here, there was no need for it at all.

I must say that I couldn't see the need for a complete new terminal building - I appreciate that they've built a longer runway capable of handling larger planes, but why such an extravagantly large terminal?

Where are the larger planes coming from ? They can only come from Turkey. The only planes I've come from IST or AYT are never full. Also the cost of getting here and the cost of living here it will soon not be attractive for Tourists.

Perhaps they built it to impress the hordes that are supposed to be flying in from the Stans. All five or six of them. Or maybe the Russians who appear to be taking over.
