Kibkom North Cyprus Forum

I have been trying to pay my electricity bill by paypoint but on each attempt I get an “ Operation Cancelled” message. I have tried about 6 or 7 times. I have spoken to Paypoint in Lefkoşya and they thought that the problem might be at Kibkom.
Has anybody else had a problem ?
I am in London at the moment so I cannot nip into Girne and pay the bill !

I always use the Kibtek online payment system.

I had the same problem this morning with Paypoint, paid through Kibtek online instead.

I'm in UK, paid via Paypoint last night at 19:57 (BST) , no problems! (Also paid Emlak and water charges at the same time!)

Thanks for all the helpful advice. I have just made a successful payment with Paypoint however, I will definitely keep Kibtek Online in reserve.

I think its a bit of a hit and miss system. I end up paying with either on a bad day.
