Just putting this back to the top as we were quoted £120 for a villa clean with an additional £40 if we wanted the windows cleaned when we were over. It's a 2 bed villa in Esentepe. Any recommendations welcomed thanks

Wow, that's a bit naughty I think. Well it is unless they send three of four people and then they all have to be paid.

That's what I thought, we are now back in Scotland and still haven't found anyone. We'll be back in September and hopefully by then we'll have sourced someone.

Inside and outside windows cleaned £40
Well it's a lot of effort depending how long they have been left. Window frames covered in dirt as well. I would gladly pay that along with the £120 for the villa. Same thing . How long has it been left. Potential problems galore again. Trying to find someone you trust . .. if you can trust them then I would be happy with the quote.

Trust is the vital word, next is the villa being cleaned to your satisfaction.
I find people say how much before meeting their expectations. Some of my customers are just happy with finding nothing nasty, others ask for a full clean. Beds turned, settees turned , wiped etc kitchen cupboards emptied, contents checked and clean. Obviously requirements are priced accordingly.
