Prepaid credit card in TRNC

Hello everyone,
I was wondering if any banks offer a prepaid credit card that can be used internationally?

The Turkbank prepaid credit card is a "Maestro" card - more information here:

I have never had a problem with paying for anything in the TRNC with my card but have never used it anywhere else, it would be interesting to know if it could actually be used in the UK to draw Sterling from an ATM - keeping in mind that the TRNC card is in Turkish Lira! OR Can Turkbank supply a "Sterling" prepaid credit card as well?
