First Consult Cyprus

Good afternoon folks
I had my house sold through First Consult Cyprus and am trying to contact them but to no avail. Their website appears to have gone, no email addresses work and I have sent a text to the mobile I had for Ian Fell but so far no reply. Does anybody know what happened and whether they are contactable. I hadn't got the funds transferred due to not only Covid getting in the way but also two deaths in the family, hence I am only just trying to get in touch with them.
Any info much appreciated!

Thanks for your suggestions. I don't do facebook myself but what I could find on the internet showed last postings of around 2020 which was before my house was sold. Unfortunately Linkedin was no further use. When I had joined, I clicked on his contact info and it just took me straight back to his profile page. Somebody else might have more luck, I am not renowned for my technological prowess....
There was never any mention to me of them winding up the business so I am at a total loss as to what has gone on. I am getting a sinking feeling that if I cannot contact them I will never get my funds. Ian and Incilay used to live on the outskirts of Dogankoy but I know they have family in the UK.

Hi donut,
Did you have a solicitor here to represent you in the sale?
If so, maybe they would be able to make contact?

You sold your house before COVID and didn't get the funds and haven't gone the police . Sorry but something doesnt seem right . I don't believe this is a civil offence . It's criminal . Estate agents are being arrested for taking a fed grand in rent .perhaps you are not telling the full story but my first call would have been to the police a long time ago....
2 posts and you have called your seif donut? Something not right here. Doesnt sound right to me the land registry won't transfer anything unless the owner or their poa says they have had the money .

If possible can you keep us up to date, cos it does seem to bee a strange set of affairs, so long after the event.

I do not think we have to be kept informed/updated about what goes on. The important thing is they, both parties, are talking and it is to be sorted between themselves.

Sorry, update was the incorrect word. Like you said, they are talking to each other now which is great, but there might be others in the same boat though.

Saddique, I did reply but it is still with the moderators and not yet approved. I don't know why this has not yet been approved it was only in response to Tanky. My reply was submitted at about 6.45pm last night.
For confirmation though I have heard nothing at all from Ian Fell up to this point. I will of course confirm once he has made contact, or indeed whatever happens next.

Donut,
I know you said you don't do Facebook but it may be an idea to join even if it is to resolve this matter satisfactory.
There are several groups that are for expats and your request for contact with Mr Fell may reach a wider audience.
He himself may be a member on some of the groups or someone may know him and make him aware of your request to make contact.
Just a suggestion and I wish you well in resolving this issue.

Good Afternoon Donut
I believe you contacted Mr Fell by Linkdin and I have been informed Mr Fell has tried, recently, to make contact with you using Linkdin.

Good afternoon Tanky, I had indeed used Linkedin but then had issues with access and had to delete my account and then start again. I have managed to do it this afternoon so when I saw your message I hadn't got his message. Please accept my apologies.
He used to always email me so that was how I anticipated him contacting me. It seems though from his message he has no longer got my email address, which explains everything.
However, the good news is that we are now in touch and so the process of sorting out getting my funds to me can begin.
Thank you so much for all your helpful suggestions and yes puppylover I think maybe joining Facebook may well be worth doing anyway, as you say wider audiences are reached that way and who knows when it may come in handy.
