Does anyone know are dogs allowed to sit on the balcony all night and day running off every time a vehicle passes unless of course they are catching up with their sleep after ruining ours. Nightmare can’t have windows open at night so ac on costing a fortune. What can be done. This is since a Turk turned up last year. Please advise. From a very tired and weary Gates

The Zabita have been known to turn up. Go on at length about health and hygiene as well. Particularly if the dogs have no shade or food and water in this heat. Nothing to stop you recording the noise either.

Very sad for the ones who have helped street animals here with their time and money.
Unfortunately they should start with who is importing and breeding dogs first
Then registering owners, checking on the un neutered ones regularly
Get together with the people who look out for the street dogs and know which dogs are coping with street life.

Back to the question, yes report to zabatia and keep a record of disturbance, but first have you let him know how much the dog is ruining your night's sleep. If they rent it's amazing how quickly they do not want the police to call.

Yes I spoke to him today and he said they won’t go. I said they will if you want them to. Chuck a bucket of water over them anything. He said he going to try. That sounds really hopeful. So give it a couple days then try bely. Thanks for your advice hopeing for some peaceful nights
