Has the Roadhouse Bar / Restaurant still about? Or is it now purely a Restaurant ?

Looks like a building site when I passed last week

I was told it was told it was being converted to yet another TC foody place. They had better change to Russian, going by the number of them here. Maybe have been a know it all, who was wrong.
