Has Catalkoy got the cheapest beer?

Bit of light hearted debate to brighten up our day….but is Catalkoy the cheapest place for beer?
The Sea angle has long since rained supreme with their £1 a pint of draught Efes all day every day for a long time but have just increased this to 50tl ( still very cheap!!!)
But now on a Friday 5.30pm until 7.30 pm the MC Palace do a happy hour and their draught Tuborg Gold and Carsberg which is usually 90tl but during the happy hour is buy one get one free which in turn makes their draught beer only 45tl a pint!!
Two Catalkoy establishments with incredible value for money. I’ve not seen any other place on the island that come close to these prices.
So I’m wondering if there actually are any other places that can come close or match these prices?

They are selling it at cost plus a small % to cover overhead costs,no profit .
Enjoy it while you can ,a new 'Wieatherspoons' is born with the intention of closing other bars

Obviously you missed the bit about it being “ light hearted”
It’s actually Weatherspoons not witherspoons and I’ve not seen a bar in Catalkoy close in the 7/8 years since the sea angle has been going. Unless of course you know differently?

Walesforever, it's actually....... J D Wetherspoon plc (branded variously as Wetherspoon or Wetherspoons, and colloquially known as Spoons) is a pub company operating in the United Kingdom and Ireland. The company was founded in 1979 by Tim Martin and is based in Watford..........

It’s most definitely on the draught beers too. The posters even say draught beers and cocktails

Definitely not on view in the bar, not on our bill but as we left we saw a poster which showed cocktails.
Still found very comfortable:)
